Position Summary
Solazzo Consulting is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and dependable Community Research & Outreach Coordinator for an anticipated client project supporting a nationwide network of faith-based and community organizations that serve individuals returning to their communities after incarceration.
This position will primarily involve researching organizations, gathering and verifying information, conducting professional outreach, and maintaining accurate records. The selected employee may also assist with other Solazzo Consulting projects that align with their experience and availability.
Key Responsibilities
● Research faith-based organizations, nonprofits, tribal organizations, community groups, and other service providers across the United States
● Identify programs and resources available to returning citizens and other underserved populations
● Gather accurate contact information, service details, eligibility requirements, and geographic coverage
● Contact organizations by phone or email to verify information and confirm their interest in participating in a broader resource network
● Build professional and respectful relationships with community representatives
● Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, or client systems
● Track outreach attempts, responses, follow-up needs, and completed records
● Meet established weekly and monthly quality and productivity expectations
● Protect confidential or sensitive information
● Provide clear progress updates and communicate potential concerns promptly
● Support additional research, administrative, outreach, or business operations projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in research, community outreach, nonprofit services, administrative support, case management, customer service, or business operations
● Familiarity with Native American communities, tribal organizations, rural communities, faith-based organizations, or reentry services
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable conducting professional outreach by phone and email
● Ability to communicate respectfully with people from different backgrounds and lived experiences

● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Full Throttle Outdoor Solutions is a locally owned landscaping and hardscaping company serving Kitsap, Pierce, and Mason counties. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the administrative and operational side of the business.
This in-person position is approximately 32 hours per week over four days, typically with Fridays off.
The Operations Manager will oversee office workflows, supervise and support the Operations Coordinator, coordinate with field leadership, manage changing priorities, strengthen internal processes, and ensure important customer, project, financial, and employee responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
Candidates should have at least five years of office operations, administrative management, or business operations experience, along with previous employee supervision and team-accountability experience. A background in landscaping, construction, contracting, home services, or another field-service business is strongly preferred.

Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Field Technician to join our growing team.
Our projects range from detailed landscape installations to large hardscape projects. No two projects are exactly the same. One week you may be building a paver patio or retaining wall, and the next you could be installing irrigation, planting landscapes, creating outdoor living spaces, or solving drainage challenges.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects
Build paver patios, retaining walls, stairs, and walkways
Install irrigation systems and landscape plantings
Assist with drainage solutions and site preparation
Help create outdoor living spaces, fire-pit areas, and water features
Safely use tools, equipment, and required personal protective equipment
Keep trucks, trailers, tools, equipment, and job sites organized and clean
Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads
Communicate questions, jobsite concerns, damage, or safety issues promptly
Protect customer property and maintain professional jobsite standards
Report completed work, changes, and remaining items
